Liner Retail Project

Zyscovich Architects, the firm which created the plan for Miami’s new neighborhood, Midtown, has been retained to design a new retail liner project along Midtown Boulevard.

The project will screen the proposed Walmart so that the scale and character of the residential shopping street will be retained with shops that continue the urban scale of the neighborhood. Midtown Miami is known as both a big box retail center as well as a trendy but quirky urban neighborhood shopping district. Zyscovich is coordinating with Walmart’s architects to ensure Midtown’s success.
